Hermes Agent

A personal, self-hosted assistant for the account owner's own Google Workspace data.

What this application does

Hermes Agent is a private automation tool that runs on the account owner's own computer. It connects to the owner's own Google account so that the owner can read, search, organize and send their own email, and read and update their own calendar, Drive files, contact list, spreadsheets and documents, from a single assistant interface.

It is not a public service. There is no sign-up, no other users, and no third-party access: the only Google account connected to it is the owner's.

Who may use it

Only the account owner. The application is registered as an internal personal tool and is not offered, distributed, or licensed to anyone else.

Google data it accesses

• Gmail — read, search, send, and apply labels on the owner's own mailbox
• Google Calendar — read and manage the owner's own events and calendars
• Google Drive — read and manage the owner's own files
• Google Contacts — read the owner's own contacts
• Google Sheets and Google Docs — read and update the owner's own spreadsheets and documents

All access is limited to data belonging to the consenting account owner.

Where the data goes

Nowhere but the owner's own machine. Data is processed locally and stored locally. Nothing is sold, shared, or transferred to third parties, and no Google user data is used for advertising, profiling, or training machine-learning models. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
